Robot Attack!

Robo monster attack!! Tried out a model from a sketch I made few months back. The mosquitos at home partied as I made use of the mosquito repellent as the models main body, rest assorted junks from whatever I found.. won't let the mosquitos party longer!! paper buildings and final pic! took two days to model, paint and shoot pic :D

EA23

Had these two big used tires left from my old rc car model and made this bike model out of it with few junk materials. The main body is made up of shampoo bottles, video game accessories, some part from a real car and detailed with electronic and electrical parts. Thanks to Kumar, Thomas, Bhavana and Diana for supplying with junk materials :D

Project Predator II

Introducing the autonomous drone 'Predator 2', it's a second generation version of it's previous model http://blooscorner.blogspot.com/2008/11/predator.html Completely autonomous with built in tasks, with more advanced communication and firepower. Also capable of hovering in multi direction. The main body is made of head and shoulder shampoo bottle, the front mini cam is an actual dead cam from a nokia phone :D Took half a day/night to build and half hour to bite and pull all the quickfix glue from my hand :D Thanks to Kumar, Diana for providing me many materials and the kind lady at an electronic shop for giving me loads of electronic parts!:D

Blubot!

It's been a long time........ :( had few good junks donated by good friends at work, tried a model of a sketch I had done a while back. Painting looks so bad, lost touch with it.. need to work on it more..

Piggy! :D

Holiday and was sitting idle.. started sketching something and then a piggy! had few boxes of clay left and sculpted the sketch :D

Satellite!

Here's a satellite (looks like that right?) :D made from junk materials, also it lights up with a small blinking led :D used dvd rom drive, tv remote control and few other parts. It is a dead satellite orbiting the earth.

Alien I ! :D

Been a while made something with clay, have been trying to make a proper creature model.. coming soon! mean while was trying some small model to get used to painting and modeling.. a small alien :P below is the process :D


Base shape, just the head plus body prepared with aluminium foil and firstcoat clay applied, m not using any metal rig as it's a simple and small model.


Further details added.. green colored clay! not an appealing color for a clay :D now left in oven for it to rest in peace! add salt and pepper as for taste :D


First coat white paint applied, don't get a green clay, very tough to paint white over it :(.. used a hot light source for faster drying between coats of paint.

Just a very rough model I created for fun with epoxy sealant.. :D It's sticky and was difficult model any fine detail.. so it's just a rough one.. can shoot macros :P

Haunted House II

My old model with cobwebs! left the model untouched for months to find spiders taking over the model.. now the spiders have left the home and I got the details needed :D thanks to all the spiders! no spiders were harmed in the process!

Sad Puppy :(

It's been a long, long time I made something :( So purchased few packs of epoxy sealant (cheaper alternative to clay :P) and modeled this characters from a sketch I made long back. Poor puppy ate something bad and tummy is not good.. :(

Toad!

A model of Toad I've been working on for a long time, worked on some weekends for an hour or two building it very very slowly.. actually was getting lazy :( finally spent some extra time to complete the model, didn't work on the rig properly, like the limbs with main body.. so had a tough time fixing them later.. modeled and painted it finally, thought of a very detailed model but was really lazy to spend any more time on it further.. just finished it :D

Strange Pet 'Kombu' Re Light

Re lit the model with good amount of light and a new setting. No cropping of the backgrounds, liked the rough setup of the papers used to get the light bounce.. left them as it is in the frame.

Spacecraft model upgrade

This is an old spacecraft model I made with mouse and other junk materials. Modified it a little and re painted, has a battery holder and switch placed to support small led light's, next setup.. Also painted a background in PS and put the spacecraft in.. the older version link..

Angry Pigoo

A small model of Pigoo! He's really angry that he has no tail and everyone has been asking about it, where is his tail? :( I forgot the tail.. hehe :D

TumTum Alien Baby 2 :D

TumTum is always happy and eats a lot too!! One day while playing with his new spaceship, he accidentally entered our air space and he was imprisoned for violating the rules.. being a baby he was sentenced to just 2 years at a juvenile detention center, after which he will be sent back to his planet.. till that time he's going to learn reading maps, some tips on safety regulations and flight training and some good food too :D
